This fun and whimsical mixed media painting is heading your way with a special delivery of adorable pups.  I wanted to give the impression of movement with the hot air balloons and the distant landscape below.  I painted papers then tore them into the shape of my balloons, landscape and pups.  They were collaged onto wood panel after painting the sky in acrylic.  Where would you imagine this magical painting in your home?
