This original mixed media landscape painting began with a desire to paint a beautiful sunrise.  Then I wanted to reflect the beautiful glow of the rising sun on the undulating landscape.  I paint papers then cut and tear them to form pieces of the landscape "puzzle".  They are then collaged onto wood panel after painting the sky in acrylic.   This painting is 18x24 on cradled wood panel, ready to hang!  Where would you imagine this bright painting in your home?
